Welcome to Headpix: Headshot Generator Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”). This Privacy Policy applies to Headpix: Headshot Generator apps, games (including but not limited to Simulife – Life Simulator, Shredder Simulator, Crush Things, Coin Hunter, Slime Match, Pic Answer - AI Solver, Photoshoot Headshot Generator), websites, and related services (collectively called the “Services”). By downloading, accessing, or playing our games or interacting with our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in this Privacy Policy.

Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal data from users except for images you provide through your device's camera or gallery. These images are used solely for the app's functionalities and are not stored or shared with any third party.

• Camera Access: The app may request access to your device’s camera to capture images directly within the app.
• Gallery Access: The app may request access to your device’s gallery to allow you to select and upload images.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any other personal information beyond these images.

How We Use Your Data

The images you upload or capture within the app are processed only for the purposes of providing you with the app’s features. We do not store these images on external servers or share them with any third parties. The images remain on your device unless you choose to share them.

Depth Data Collection Policy

We do not collect depth data (e.g., 3D measurements from devices) when you use our Services. Any such data processed by your device remains solely on your device and is not transmitted or stored by us.

Subscription and Payment

Users can use the app without incurring any charges or fees. However, users have the option to access paid features, referred to as “pro features.” If users choose these pro features, a pop-up will display the payment details for the selected subscription plan before proceeding to the checkout page and confirming the payment.

This pop-up may appear when users first access the app, click on pro banners, or attempt to export content created using paid features. The fee for the chosen subscription plan will be charged to the debit/credit card associated with the user’s Apple account. Changing settings in the Apple account may alter the fees depending on the selected country’s fee structure. A confirmation email with payment details will be sent, and users can check the cost on the invoice.

There are two available plans: weekly and monthly. Subscribing to any plan will activate the app's pro features. The Company reserves the right to change its business model and revenue structure without prior notice.

Pro features will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current service period. Uninstalling the app without canceling the subscription may not cancel it, depending on the operating system. Refer to the “Cancellation and Refund Policy” section for more information.

Refund

Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple according to their rules and regulations. If Apple denies a refund request, the user acknowledges that our service is non-refundable. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel the subscription. To cancel, users must visit the App Store or their iOS device settings and cancel the subscription.

For refund requests related to pro features, users must contact Apple support. Our Company is not responsible for managing refunds, and Apple determines the time frame for issuing approved refunds.

Security

We take precautions to protect your images while using the app. However, we do not store or transmit these images, and they remain under your control on your device. Please ensure that your device is secured to prevent unauthorized access to your data.
